I started this career shoveling catalyst out of reactors.

Since then: reactor entry technician, sales specialist, general manager, director, VP, chief commercial officer. Catalyst handling to pigging and a dozen service lines in between, across refining, petrochemical, LNG, mining, and new construction, in the US, Canada, and Asia Pacific. I have sold the work, managed it, scaled it, and done it from inside the vessel.

When a number gets missed, everyone reviews the pipeline. Almost nobody asks what never made it into the pipeline in the first place.

Reach fails for more than one reason, and I have watched all of them

  • Systems that cannot agree

Nobody can say who a customer is, so nothing can be measured.

  • Coverage that was never designed

Whole corridors with nobody's name against them.

  • People with nothing to say

In place, and still calling on the same three contacts, because nobody taught them enough about the plant to walk up to anyone else.

I have worked on all three from inside a company, with a number to hit at the same time. Whatever I bring to yours has already survived contact with a field organization.

Nothing I build will tell you what matters in your business. It will make sure you are looking at all of it.

That is what Blue Halyard Group does.
